摘    要:将基于嵌入式技术的PDA、虚拟仪器技术和故障诊断技术应用于工程机械液压系统的现场参数检测与故障诊断中,介绍了参数检测仪的功能结构,阐述了检测仪的功能设计与实现。该检测仪由集成加栽闯的液压传感器、转速传感器、SCC信号调理箱、数据采集卡、PDA以及计算机组成,可以对液压系统的常见故障特征参数进行采集、记录和现场故障诊断,并可将记录信息上传回计算机或服务器,供维修专家作出进一步的诊断处理。检测仪可以广泛应用于工程车辆、机械和船舶等的液压系统中,大大提高了液压系统故障的检测与诊断能力。

Abstract:The embedded technology-based PDA, virtual instrument technology and trouble diagnosis technology are applied to the field parameter testing and trouble diagnosis of the hydraulic system Of engineering machinery. The functional architecture, design and implementation of hardware configuration and software program of the testing device are presented. The device consists of intelligent hydraulic sensor of integral loading valve, tachometer, signal condition circuit, DAQ card, PDA and host PC. It can be used to acquire, record, monitor and diagnose the common fault parameters of hydraulic system as well as to offer diagnostic and maintenance suggestions. The data can be uploaded or transferred to the server or host computer for further solution by experts. The testing device can be widely used in the hydraulic systems of engineering vehicles, machinery, ships, etc, thus greatly improving the fault detecting and diagnostic capacities for hydraulic system.
