辣椒素阻断脊髓与脑干一级传入神经元对艾灸保护胃粘膜的影响

摘    要:新生大鼠皮下注射50mg/kg辣椒素(Capsaicin),10~15周后,甩尾阈显著延长,结膜反应也非常迟钝,证明脊髓与脑干一级传入神经元确已遭受破坏。再给以乙醇致胃粘膜损伤,损伤指数显著增加(P<0.01)。再在此基础上施灸,则对乙醇造成的胃粘膜损伤明显减轻(P<0.01)。结果提示:辣椒素可能加重乙醇对胃粘膜的损伤;辣椒素对由艾灸引起的胃粘膜保护作用可能也没有影响。

Abstract:New-born rats were given se injection of capsaiein with a dose of 50 mg/kg. Fifteen weeks later,their tail-swing threshold significantly prolonged and their conjunetival reflex was obviously slowed down This indicated that the primary spinal afferent neurons were damaged. When the ethanol was given to induce gastric mucosal injury,the injury index in rats received capsaicin was significantly higher than that in control (P<0. o1) . In Froups received capsaicin, injury index in rats undergoing moxibustion was given to induce gastric muscosal injury,the injury index in those rats received capsaicin was significantly lowered than that in rats which did not undergo moxibustion. The results suggested that generally acknowledged afferent pain pathway,i. e.capsaicin sensitive primary spinal afferent neuron was not involve in the thermal conduction pathway for moxibustion at Shenque point. Tlierefore,this pathway do not play role in moxibustion-induced gastric mucosal protection.
