| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了高镁喷吹料在珠钢150吨电炉的应用，分析了高镁喷吹料的护炉机理。珠钢通过使用高镁喷吹料，解决了长期困扰电炉的水冷板漏水和炉子挖补量大、炉龄低等问题，提高了电炉的技经指标，取得了良好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | The paper described the application of the injection powder with high MgO in the 150t EAF at Zhujiang Steel,and analyzed the mechanism of protecting furnace of the injection powder.Through using it,the long-time puzzling problems were solved such as the leakage of water-cooled plate,the more mending parts and the lower life of EAF.As a result,the benefits were gained. |
