铜陵硫酸渣磁化焙烧—磁选过程中硫赋存状态的变化

摘    要:铜陵硫酸渣中的硫主要以硬石膏和黄铁矿两种矿物存在。黄铁矿在磁化焙烧-磁选过程中,其组成和矿物特征的变化都不明显,最后仍以黄铁矿的形态保留在尾矿和铁精矿中。硬石膏在磁化焙烧一磁选过程中绝大部分以在水中溶解的方式而被脱除,从而大幅度地降低铁精矿和尾矿的硫含量。

Abstract:The sulphur in pyrite cinder occurred in the form of pyrite and anhydrite. The content and mineralogy of pyrite do not change during magnetic roasting and separation, the sulphur in the tailings and iron concentrate has occurred still in the form of pyrite. The anhydrite in the pyrite cinder is removed during magnetic roasting and separation because the dissolution of anhydrite in water,the content of sulpur in the iron concentrate and tailings decreases.
