一种新颖的缩颈翻边组合机

缩颈翻边组合机是对马口铁空罐罐身的一端或两端进行缩颈与翻边的一种组合设备。青岛锻压机械集团公司新近研制开发的QDC2型立式缩颈翻边机 ,结构紧凑 ,布局新颖 ,实现了机电一体化 ,特别是采用了旋压成形的翻边工艺 ,较好地解决了由于冷作缩颈造成的局部裂纹问题。本文就该机的结构、参数、性能与工作原理及主要特点做了简要介绍。

A Novel Ncking and Curling Combination Machine

The novel necking and curling combination machine is a kind of combination equipment for can_body forming.Recently we have developed type QDC2 vertical necking and curling combination machine which is compact in construction and is novel in overall arrangement.It has realized mechanical and electrical combination.Especially,the curling technology of spinning forming is adopted.This resolve the local crack problem for cold_necking.This paper briefly introduces the machine construction,parameter,performance,working principle and main characteristics.
