某金矿浮选尾矿综合回收钨试验研究

摘    要:某金矿浮选尾矿中WO 3品位为0.23%,含钨矿物主要为白钨矿,偶见黑钨矿。针对其性质特点,开展了综合回收钨的试验研究。结果表明:采用一次粗选、两次扫选、五次精选闭路流程,可获得钨精矿WO 3品位为43.01%,WO 3回收率为86.98%的良好浮选指标。研究结果为该黄金矿山回收利用浮选尾矿中的钨资源提供了技术依据。

Abstract:The grade of WO 3 in the flotation tailings of a gold mine is 0.23%and the tungsten-bearing mineral is mainly scheelite followed by wolframite.According to the property,experimental research on comprehensive recovery of tungsten is carried out.The results show that the closed-circuit flow of once roughing,twice scavenging and five times cleaning can obtain the tungsten concentrates with WO 3 grade 43.01%and WO 3 recovery rate 86.98%which are good flotation index.The research results can be used as technical reference for the gold mine to make use of the tungsten in the flotation tailings.
