| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肝郁脾虚型疲劳性亚健康人群疲劳状况和体质体能间的相关性。方法:采用主观指标疲劳评定量表FSAS及客观指标GMCS-2型体质检测仪等,分别对符合纳入标准的200例肝郁脾虚型疲劳性亚健康人群的疲劳类型程度及特征、基本体质体能及认知功能(简单反应时)状况进行测评。结果:疲劳性亚健康肝郁脾虚型受试者的FSAS中躯体疲劳分别与体重、简单反应时呈显著正相关;精神疲劳、疲劳后果和疲劳程度总分分别与肺活量、台阶指数呈显著负相关;疲劳对睡眠休息的反应、疲劳的情境性分别与肺活量呈显著负相关;各因子均与简单反应时呈显著正相关。结论:疲劳性亚健康肝郁脾虚型人群的疲劳状况和体质体能间有较为显著的相关性。
