| 摘 要： | 目的：回顾性分析２２例儿童椎管内肿瘤的误诊原因，早期诊断依据和手术治疗效果，方法：分别对儿童椎管内肿瘤的部位，病理类型，临床表现，影像学检查和手术治疗方法进行描述和分析。结果：肿瘤全切除术１６例，肿瘤次全切除术３例，肿瘤部分切除术２例，单纯行减压术１例，临床治愈１２例，好转８例，病情无变化２例，结论；儿童椎管内肿瘤以先天性肿瘤，良性肿瘤居多，一量明确诊断，应尽早手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:The reason of miss diagnosis, early diagnosis and surgical results of 22 cases with intraspinal tumors in children were respectively studied. Methods:The location, type,clinical manifestation, imaging feature and operative treatment methods were sperately described. Results:The tumors focus of 16 cases were completely resected,3 cases were subtotally removed,2 cases were removed and lease was decompression. Good recovery were in 12 cases,inmproved in 8 cases,and no change in 2 cases. Conclusion:The spinal canal tumors in Children are mainly benign. Surgical tretment should be chosen as soon as possible once diagnosis is made. |
