NFL与CMF方案治疗晚期乳腺癌的对比研究

目的：探讨长蒽醌（Ｍｘ），５－氟腺嘧啶（５－Ｆｕ）与大剂量的ＣＦ组成的ＮＦＬ方案，在治疗晚期发生转移的乳腺癌中的疗效及毒副作用。方法：１５０例患随朵分为二组，第１组７５例接受ＮＦＬ方案治疗，即Ｍｘ１２ｍｇ／ｍ＾２静脉滴注第１天，ＣＦ３００ｍｇ／ｍ＾２静滴第１～５天；２小时内滴完后静滴５－Ｆｕ３５０ｍｇ／ｍ＾２第１～５天，第２组７５例接受ＣＭＦ方案治疗，好ＣＴＸ６００ｍｇ／ｍ＾２静推第１天，ＭＴＸ６０ｍｇ／ｍ＾２静推第１天，５－Ｆｕ６００ｍｇ／ｍ＾２静脉滴注第１～５天，均应用３周期以上。结果：ＮＦＬ方案的缓解率明显高于ＣＭＦ方案的缓解率，分别为５８．６３％和３０．７％，Ｐ〉０．０５，但中位生存期两组相似，毒副作用都能耐受，结论：ＮＦＬ方案是治疗晚期腺癌的较佳方案，对晚乳腺癌有较高的缓解率，且毒副作用较低。

Compared NFL and CMF in the mangement of advanced breast cancer

Objective:To Compare the therapeutic effects and side-effects of combination Mitoxantrone(Mx) ,Fluorouracil(5 -Fu) ,and high dose Leucovorin (CF) in the treatment of advanced breast cancer. Methods: Seventy ?five patients were treated with NEL 12 mg/m2 iv on day 1,300 mg/m2 iv on day 1 ~ 5; immediately preceding administion of 5 - Fu 350 mg/m2 iv on day 1~5,21 days a cycle for three cycles. Seventyfive patients received CMF:CTX 600 mg/m~(2) iv in bolus on dayl ,MTX 40 mg/m~(2)iv in bolus on dayl ,and 5 - Fu600 mg/m2 iv in drip on day 1~5;21 days a cycle for therr cycles. Results:Patients treatecd with NFL had a higher response rate than patients with CMF, the response rate was 58.63 % and 30.7% respectively(P < 0.05). The median survival was similar for both group, and the side effects were tolerated. Conclusion: NFL regimen is a good regimen for patients with advanced breast cancer,and the toxicites are lower.
