超声波雾化喷嘴的研究进展

摘    要:综述了超声波雾化喷嘴的研究进展情况,介绍了几种不同类型超声波雾化喷嘴的结构特点,简述了超声雾化机理。通过实验摸索声雾化燃烧器声学参数声压、频率等的变化规律。根据实验数据分析了声学参数随喷嘴结构参数变化的规律,并建立了相关的经验公式。但由于超声雾化机理较复杂,有待于更深入的研究,以解决工程应用中出现的问题。

Abstract:Recent research advances of ultrasonic atomizers is summaried in this paper. The features of several kinds of ultrasonic atomizers are introduced, and the principle of ultrasonic atomization is described in short. The change laws of the acoustics parameters of ultrasonic atomizers are discussed by experiments finding. Based on the experiments data, the change of the acoustics parameters with the atomizer structure size difference is analyzed, and the tested formulas interelaed is found. The principle, however, is more complex, and it is necessary to go on research on ultrasonic atomization so as to solve problems arisen in engineering applications in future.
