| 摘 要： | 运动常伴随着机体细胞的凋亡，所以研究凋亡同运动性疲劳的关系进而找出评定疲劳的有效指标有重要的现实意义。通过文献资料法综述了运动性疲劳发生时内环境变化同细胞凋亡诱因的雷同之处，并总结出两者之间的关系，即细胞凋亡比例增加是引起疲劳的主要原因。

| Abstract: | Cell apoptosis often accompanies exercise,so it has practical application to study the relation between it and sports fatigue.This article,by citing documentary data,summarizes the same changes that take place when sports fatigue and apoptosis emerge and come up with conclusion as follows,increasing apoptosis is the main reason bringing about sports fatigue. |
