健康教育路径对贫困家庭先天性心脏病患儿治疗依从性的影响

目的探讨健康教育路径对贫困家庭先天性心脏病患儿治疗依从性的影响。方法 2010年1-6月,广州军区总医院心血管外科中心收治的贫困家庭或低保家庭的先天性心脏病患儿180例,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组各90例,对照组采用传统健康教育方法,观察组则运用临床路径对患儿实施健康教育,比较并分析两组患儿的治疗依从性、住院天数、肺不张发生率及对护理工作的满意度等。结果观察组患儿服药、卫生习惯、功能锻炼方面的依从性明显优于对照组(P<0.01);住院天数与术后肺不张发生率缩短或降低,对护理工作满意度提高(P<0.01)。结论健康教育路径对提高贫困家庭先天性心脏病患儿治疗依从性有积极意义。

Effects of Health Education Pathway on Treatment Adherence of Children Patients with Congenital Heart Disease from Needy Families

Objective To explore the effects of health education pathway（HEP） on the treatment adherence of children patients with congenital heart disease from needy families.Methods Form January to June 2010,180 children patients from needy families or low income families were randomly divided into HEP group（n=90） and control group（n=90）.Clinical HEP was carried out in the HEP group while traditional health education was performed in the control group.The treatment compliance,hospital days,atelectasis,and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The HEP group showed better treatment adherence concerning as taking medicine,health habits and functional exercises（P0.01）.Furthermore,the average stay days were shortened and the atelectasis incidence decreased（P0.01）.Patients＇s satisfaction to nursing work was significantly improved（P0.01）.Conclusion Health education pathway is effective in elevating treatment adherence of young patients with congenital heart disease form needy families.
