| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于PLC和组态软件的液位和温度监控系统的总体方案、硬件系统和软件系统。该监控系统采用PLC为控制中心,触摸屏和工控机为人机界面,通过组态软件的二次开发,对液位和温度进行实时监控和集中管理。运行试验表明,该系统实现了液位和温度的参数设置、实时动画显示、趋势曲线、数据库查询和报表输出打印等功能。
