| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究 MNP方案 (丝裂霉素、异长春花碱、顺铂 )治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法 :91例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者接受 MNP方案化疗 ,MMC 6 mg/ m2 静脉推注 ,d1 ,NVB 2 5 m g/ m2 ～ 30 mg/ m2 静脉推注 d1 ,d8,DDP 4 0m g～ 5 0 mg静脉点滴 d1～ 3。结果 :所有患者完全缓解 (CR) 3例 ,部分缓解 (PR) 4 1例 ,无变化 (NC) 4 3例 ,进展 (PD) 4例 ,总有效率 4 8.4 % ,中位缓解期 8.5月 ,中位生存期 10 .8月 ,1a生存率 4 3.3% ,其副反应主要为骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应。结论 :用 MNP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌效率较高 ,值得临床推广。

Clinical research of cisplatin-mitomycin-navelbline for advanced non-small cell cancer |

| Abstract: | Objective:The current study was to research the effectiveness of micomycin,navelbline,cisplatin regimen and to evaluate effeicacy of regimen in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:Ninty-one patients were enrolled in this study.MMC 6 mg/m 2 iv d 1,NVB 25～30mg/m 2 iv d 1,d 8,DDP 40～50 mg iv gtt d 1～3 .Result:In all patients,3 cases were CR,41 cases were PR,43 cases were NC,4 cases were PD.The overall response rate was 48.4 %.The median duration of realse was 8.5 months.The median duration of survival was 10.8 months.The 1-year survival rate was 43.3 %.The mainly side effects was myclo-suppression and gastroenteritic side effect.Conclusion:MNP regimen may be a better chemotherapy for advanced NSCLC.It is available in the clinic. |
