摘    要:加热炉在长周期运行后其对流段炉管(翅片或钉头)外表面积聚了大量的灰垢,大大降低了对流段炉管的传热性能,严重影响了工业炉的正常运行及炼油装置的生产周期。工业炉炉管外表面采用干冰清洗技术,经实际测试提高工业炉热效率2.3%,年节约燃料980t以上,创经济效益100多万元。

Abstract:ter long-term operation of furnace, a lot of ash was accumulated on the external surface of convection tube (finned tube or stud tube). The heat transfer property of tubes at convection section was decreased greatly. The normal operation of furnace and the production period of refined unit were affected. By use of carbon dioxide ice cleaning technology on the external surface of furnace tube by means of actual testing the furnace efficiency was raised 2.3%, the fuel was saved more than 980t per yea more than one million RMB economic benefit was created.
