AlN-W复合陶瓷的微波损耗研究

摘    要:以AlN和W粉为原料,采用放电等离子烧结技术,在1 400~1 700℃、30MPa的工艺条件下制备了AlN-W复合陶瓷.采用扫描电镜、能谱分析仪、安捷伦精密阻抗分析仪4284A等对复合陶瓷的微观组织、介电常数、微波损耗进行了表征,研究了影响复合陶瓷微波损耗性能的因素.结果表明,AlN粉末颗粒细小、烧结保温时间增加,有...

Abstract:AlN-W composite ceramics were prepared by spark plasma sintering at 1 400~1 700℃ under pressure of 50 MPa using the AlN and W powder as raw materials.The microstructure,dielectric constant and loss tangent of the ceramics were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,energy disperse spectroscopy and Agilent 4284A.And the factors of effecting loss tangent of AlN-W composite ceramics has been studied.The results show that the smaller AlN particles size and the longer sintering time,the higher loss tangent.The increase of W content is not benificial to the improvement of loss tangent of the composite ceramics.W particle number in the composite ceamics is the key factor of affecting loss tangent.
