摘    要:本文通过介绍本住宅小区基础及上部结构体系方案设计,提出适合福州地区软土地基,具有良好的抗震、抗沉、抗裂性能新型住宅,根据小区地质分区、建筑功能要求不同,考虑小区住宅量大、面广的特点及投资商的近远期经济利益,合理地应用新材料、新技术,提出小区设计新思路,供同类设计参考。

Abstract:The structural design of the foundation and upper parts of Gusayuan residential quarter has been discussed, a newresidential scheme with a great capacity of crack, deformation, earthquake - resistant has been shown. In consdertion of thecharacteristics of the geological region in the quarter, the buiding function, a great quantity of buildings and a vast area in the quar-ter, and also the economic efficiency of the investor in the near and forward future, a new conception of quarter scheme has beenpresentcd on the basis of the reasonable application of new materials and new technology. The article Would refer to reference forthe sidrilar engineering design.
