两炉对单机实现高水平全连铸的生产技术实践

济钢第二炼钢厂２座转炉与１台四机四流小方坯连铸机匹配实现全连铸。针对生产组织难度大，生产节秦难控制等问题，采取科学合理的生产组织方式，贯彻标准化作业，依靠科技进步，强化工艺技术管理，加强设备管理，使炼钢，连铸生产稳定均衡，实现了高水平的全连铸， 效益５２０４．７万元。

Production Process of One Continuous Casting Machine Combined With Two Converters for Achieving High Level All Continuous Casting Production

One small square billet continuous casting machine with four machinesfour streams is combined with two converters to do all continuous casting production in No.2 steelmaking works of Jinan iron and steel group.Through taking on some measures consisted of reasonable organization production,putting into effect of standardization operation,strengthening technique management,strenthening equipment management,etc,the question of difficult organization production is solved.Now steelmaking and continuous casting production are stable,all continuous casting production is achieved and increasing profit is 52047 million yuan(RMB) every year.
