酚硫酸法测定灵芝多糖的研究

摘    要:目的:从灵芝中提取多糖,并测定其含量.方法:灵芝多糖的提取一般方法为醇析沉淀法,本实验为找出该方法的最佳工艺条件,结果表明:灵芝多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度85%,乙醇:料液为2:1,pH为6.5.结果:用酚-硫酸比色法测定多糖的含量,测得灵芝多糖含量6.55%,平均回收率99.05%,RSD=1.02%(n=3).结论:该法操作简便,重现性好,实验结果令人满意.

Abstract:Draw many Polysaccharides from Ganoderma Lucidum,determine its content.Method:The abstraction general method of the polysaccharide of the glossy ganoderma analyses and precipitate the law,this experiment,in order to find out the best process conditions of this method for the alcohol,the result shows:The best process conditions that the polysaccharide of the glossy ganoderma is drawn are: Density 85% of ethanol,ethanol:The material liquid is 2:1,pH is 6.5.Use water propose alcohol law draw Ganoderma Polysaccharides,determine many content of Polysaccharides with phenol-sulphuric acid than color law.Result: Examine 6.55% of content of Polysaccharides,99.05% of rate of recovery on average,RSD =1.02%(n=3).Conclusion:This law is easy and simple to handle,the reappearing is good,the experimental result is satisfactory.
