有机清洗槽共振与噪声控制方法研究

摘    要:通过实验对有机清洗槽内抖动机构工作时的噪声值进行了定量评估。对可能引起共振和噪声的因素进行分析,并从降低噪音的角度出发,针对主要因素进行设计改进。改进后再进行实验,结果表明效果较好。

Abstract:This paper evaluates the values of working noise of dithering mechanism in the organic cleaning machine through experiments.It analyses the factors what causes resonance and noise,starting from the perspective of noise reduction,aiming at the main factors for design improvement.Experiment after the improvement shows that the effect is better.
