摘    要:探讨了添加剂对石灰石固硫促进作用的机理,添加剂改变了CaO的孔结构,孔分布和表面性质,添加剂在一定程度上催化了CaO与SO2的表面化学反应;由于添加剂所加离子的掺杂,引起固硫产物层晶格的缺陷,大大提高了产物层扩散系数;添加剂的加入,改变了钙基固硫剂中钙的化学形式。生成熟的含钙化合物,它们与SO2反应活性更高,或形成了高温下更稳定的多元化合物,添加剂及其燃烧的条件可以改变固硫最终产物。

Abstract:The mechanics of the promotion of additives were discussed in this work: additives can change the surface properties and pore characteristics of CaO; additives have catalytic effect on the surface chemical reaction of CaO with SO 2; Ions of additives cause the lattice defects in the crystal of sulfation product layer, that dramatically promote the product layer diffusivity; Some new compounds of calcium can be produced when additives are added to limestone or CaO, these new compounds are more active than CaO to react with SO 2; The oxidation of CaS and the decomposition of CaSO 4 can be reduced by vitreous matter produced from additives, especially at high temperature.
