| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨磁共振胰胆管成像(MRCP)和CT在肝门部胆管癌患者术前分型的价值.方法 对42例经病理学证实的肝门部胆管癌患者影像学资料进行回顾性分析,采用Bismuth-Corlette分型比较术前及术后结果.结果 MRCP和CT对肝门部胆管癌术前诊断准确率分别为93％、79％；MRCP和CT术前及术后分型差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 MRCP对肝门部胆管癌的术前分型准确率较CT高,对术前手术方式的选择有重要的参考价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the value of MRCP and CT in preoperative evaluation of types of hilar cholangiocarcinoma. Methods The imaging data of 42 cases of hilar cholangiocarcinoma confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively,the preoperative and postoperative results were compared according to the Bismuth-Corlette classification method. Results The accurate rates of MRCP and CT in the preoperative typing of hilar cholangiocarcinoma were 93% and 79%.No significant differences were observed between the two methods. Conclusion The accuracy of MRCP is more accurate than that of CT in the preoperative typing of hilar cholangiocarcinoma,this can provide the important information for the selection of operative patterns. |
