摘    要:为提高某高炮自动机的射速,在其供弹机构上增加了辅助拨弹机构。但在工程实践中,实际射速并没有达到预期值。为了分析实际射速偏低的原因,对某高炮射击过程中弹带受力进行了理论分析计算,对拨弹轮及辅助拨弹轮转角位移进行了试验测试。在此基础上,通过对测试数据的分析,给出了拨弹轮与辅助拨弹轮实际射击过程中弹轴中心线处的线速度、角速度及角加速度等变化规律,获得了射速随弹轴中心线速度差值的变化趋势,找出了导致射速偏低的影响因素,为提高该火炮射速提供了理论及改进依据,并采取措施使得某高炮自动机实际射速达到了技术要求。

Abstract:In order to increase the automatic mechanism firing rate,an auxiliary belt feed wheel was added to the feeding mechanism.But the real rate of fire was not as high as expected.To find out the reasons,loads applied on the ammunition link of an antiaircraft gun during firing were calculated and the belt feed wheel and auxiliary one’s angular displacements were tested.On the basis of these jobs,the change disciplinarian of belt feed wheel and auxiliary one’s angular displacements angular and linear velocities etc.were given through analysis and comparison of the experiment data.Then,the change trend of firing rate along with the belt feed wheel and auxiliary one’s center’s linear velocity dispersion was obtained.One reason of firing rate reduced was fingered out.The antiaircraft gun’s real firing rate was up to par by taking some measures.
