SiO_2对自蔓延高温合成Al_2O_3-TiB_2复相陶瓷性能的影响

摘    要:利用自蔓延高温合成技术,用SiO2作添加剂制备出了Al2O3-TiB2复相陶瓷.研究了SiO2含量对自蔓延反应的绝热温度、燃烧速度、反应产物的体积和致密度的影响,并测定了复相陶瓷的抗弯强度和硬度.研究结果表明,Al-TiO2-H3BO3体系的绝热温度是2 588 K,且随SiO2含量的增加而降低;添加SiO2的合成产物中有SiO2和Al6O13Si2相生成;SiO2的加入还降低了反应体系的燃烧速度;当SiO2的添加量在0~20%变化时,复相陶瓷的密度达到1.603 g/cm3,相应的坯体体积变化率为9.25%~9.82%;复相陶瓷的硬度也随着SiO2添加量的增加而增大;在Al-TiO2-H3BO3体系中添加20%的SiO2,可使Al2O3-TiB2的抗弯强度提高2倍.
