烯烃聚合Ti-Mg系负载型催化剂的IR光谱

摘    要:采用IR技术测试了烯烃聚合Ti-Mg系负载型催化剂制备过程形成的物种,根据Si-Ci、Ti-O、C—O和C=O键特征吸收峰的变化,表征制备过程所生成的载体Bu—O—SiCl_3与MgCl_2和催化剂“预备体”与MgCl_2·TiCl_4,IR光谱的信息与聚合反应动力学的结果一致。

Abstract:The formed species in preparation process of Ti-Mg system supported catalyst for olefin polymerization were determined by using IR techique. On the basis of changes of characterstic absorption peak for Si-Cl、Ti-O、C-O and C=O bond, the formed Carriers Bu—O→MgCl_2—SiCl_3 or MgCl_2 and Catalyst "Precursors" Bu—O→MgCl_2—TiCl_3 or MgCl_2·TiCl_4 were characterized. The informations of IR Spectra are in agreement with the results of polymerization reaction kinetics.
