摘    要:以乙氧亚甲基氰乙酸乙酯和水合肼为原料,考察了溶剂、温度以及原料配比对产率的影响,确定了初步的反应条件,所得的3(5)-氨基吡唑-4-甲酸乙酯,产率达到了85%;并用岛津FTIR-8400型红外分光光度计和NMR-500型核磁共振仪进行结构表征,WATERS-600E型HPLC测定含量。本实验具有产率高、溶剂易回收、温度易控制等优点。

Abstract:Ethyl-3(5)-aminopyrazole-4-carboxylate was synthesized with ethyl ethoxymethylenecyanoacetate and hydration hydrazine.The influence of the solvent?temperature and raw materials mixing on the product yield was observed.The preliminary reaction conditions were defermined and the product yield was 88.39%.The product was characterized with FTIR-8400,HPLC WATERS-600 E type and 500MHZ Bruker spectrometer.This experiment has many merits:high yield,reuse of solvent and easy control of temperature.
