同期行经尿道前列腺等离子电切和无张力疝修补术对前列腺增生并发腹股沟疝的治疗

目的探讨同期行经尿道前列腺等离子电切术和无张力疝修补术治疗前列腺增生并发腹股沟疝的效果。方法对采用经尿道前列腺等离子电切术同期无张力疝修补术治疗的13例前列腺增生症并腹股沟疝患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组13例均顺利完成手术;无张力疝修补术时间35～70min,平均47min;经尿道前列腺手术时间30～135min,平均70min;切除前列腺重25～110g,平均55g;出血量50～400mL,平均100mL;均未输血。结论采用同期经尿道前列腺等离子电切术和无张力疝修补术治疗前列腺增生并发腹股沟疝,避免了患者二次手术的痛苦,具有损伤小,并发症少等优点,疗效满意。

Simultaneous Tension-Free Hernioplasty and Transurethral Plasmakinetic Resection of Prostate for the Treatment of BPH Complicated With Inguinal Hernia

Objective To investigate the surgical effects of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate （PKRP） in combination with tension-free hemioplasty in patients with benign prostate hyperplasia （BPH） and inguinal hernia. Methods The clinical data of 13 cases of BPH complicated with inguinal hernia treated with PKRP and tension-free hemioplasty were analyzed retrospectively. Results All cases were completed surgery successfully, with tension-free hemioplasty time of 35 - 70 min （average 47 rain）, PKRP time 30 - 135 min （average 70 min）, the excision prostate gland weight 25 - 110 g （average 55 g）, bleeding amount 50 - 400 mL （average 100 mL）. Nobody had blood tranfusion. Conclusions PKRP in combination with tension-free hernioplasty has a satisfied effect for BPH with inguinal hernia, and the advantages of small damage and few complications, which allows patients to avoide second-time surgery.
