| 摘 要： | 新医学需要培养复合型、创新型医师,对临床教学和临床教师是个挑战.作者从妇产科临床教学的实践中总结出新形势下综合性大学附属医院临床教师的应具备的素质要求:临床教师既要有过硬的专业技能、又要有实际的教育能力、高尚的医德情操还要有很好的人文素质修养.

| Abstract: | It is the time to train medicos with all-rounded improvement as well as compound and innovative ability. The authors have engaged in the obstetrics and gynecologic clinical teaching practice. Based on their teaching experience and the analysis of the current situation of the clinical teaching in affiliated hospitals of comprehensive universities, this paper puts forward the attainments requisition for a clinical teacher, which comprises four qualities i.e., a good command of medical professional knowledge, competence of teaching technology, high-minded medical moral, as well as fine humanistic qualities. |
