智能电能表应用安全性研究

摘    要:电能表是测量电路中消耗电能的仪表,是供电企业和电力用户进行电能贸易结算的计量器具,也是《计量法》规定实施强制检定的计量器具。因此,确保电能表安全、正确、可靠是电能表使用的前提。本文分析了传统电能表在安全使用上的局限,总结了智能电能表在防攻击方面的措施,着重提出了一种基于混合加密的智能电能表数据信息安全交互方案,并进行了相关的分析比较,从比较结果可以看出,采用众多防攻击措施的智能表在应用的安全性上得到极大的提高。

Abstract:Smart electricity meter can be used to measure the energy in the electric circuit. It' s the instrument of measurement for energy trade settlement between power supply companies and electric customers. Smart meter is also the instrument of measurement which must pass the appraisement according to the "METROLOGY LAW". Therefore, security, accuracy and reliability is a prerequisite for using smart meter. This paper analyzes the limitations of traditional electricity meter on the safe use and summarizes the steps in terms of anti-attack. We advance a security data transmission solutions based on the hybrid encryption. These anti-attack measures adopted by the smart meter can greatly improve security.
