吻合神经的尺动脉腕上皮支逆行岛状皮瓣修复手背软组织缺损

摘    要:目的:探讨吻合神经的尺动脉腕上皮支逆行岛状皮瓣修复手背软组织缺损的可行性。方法:根据手背创面设计皮瓣,在深筋膜近端向远端锐性解剖,切断皮瓣与尺动脉间的交通达腕上皮支处,行皮瓣逆行转移修复缺损创面。结果:18例创面均Ⅰ期愈合,外观及功能良好。结论:手背软组织缺损采用吻合神经的尺动脉腕上皮支逆行皮瓣修复效果理想。

Abstract:Objective: To approach the feasibility of soft tissue defect in hand back repairing by reversed island skin flap inosculated with nerve of wrist epithelial branch of ulnar artery. Methods: Skin flap was designed according to wounds of hand back, sharp dissection was applied from deep fascia proximate to distal end to disconnect communication between skin flap and ulnar artery till wrist epithelial branch, and island skin flap was reversed to repair defects. Results: Primary healing of wounds in 18 cases was reached with good appearance and function. Conclusion : The ideal results of repairing soft tissue defect in hand back by reversed island skin flap inosculated with nerve of wrist epithelial branch of ulnar artery can be obtained.
