| 摘 要： | 建立马来酸依那普利片含量测定中不确定度的分析方法。采用HPLC法测定含量的数学模型，确定影响不确定度的因素并对各个不确定度因素进行评估。马来酸依那普利片含量测定的合成不确定度为1.2%；扩展不确定度为2.4%；测定结果为（100.8±2.4）％；含量均匀度测定的合成不确定度为1.7%；扩展不确定度为3.4%；测定结果为（101.5±3.4）％。本方法可用于HPLC法测定该制剂含量的不确定度分析。

| Abstract: | To establish a method for uncertainty analysis in HPLC determination. The calculation formula of uncertainty was deduced in the procedure of determining the content in tablets.The combined uncertainty of content was 1.2%,the extended uncertainty was 2.4%, and the determined content were（100.8＆#177;2.4）%.The mathematic model of uncertainty measurement established in this paper is reasonable and reliable. |
