摘    要:文章针对高职院校的招生生源变化和社会环境变化而导致的学生厌学情绪进行分析和诊断,认为传统教学方法已不适用于高职院校,进而重点论述了高职院校教学改革的措施,从教学态度、教学内容和教学方法进行分析,最后得出自己的经验,希望能对高职院校青年教师有所启发。

Abstract:This paper analyzes and diagnoses the students’ learning weariness caused by the changes of enrollment and social environment in higher vocational colleges. It holds that the traditional teaching methods are not suitable for higher vocational colleges, and then focuses on the measures of teaching reform in higher vocational colleges. It analyzes the teaching state, teaching content and teaching methods, and finally draws its own experience, hoping to improve the quality of teaching Young teachers in vocational schools have some inspiration.
