摘    要:针对防滑阀单个部件性能检测设备操作复杂、成本高的问题,设计一套基于STM32的机车防滑阀综合性能测试系统。测试系统以ARM Cortex-M3核的STM32为主控制器,采用高速功率驱动电路控制防滑阀内部两个电磁阀的通断,实现防滑阀的充气、排气和保压3种工作状态快速切换。在模拟机车制动的工作条件下,测试系统对防滑阀的密封性、动作响应时间、阶段充排气性能、快速充排气性能、全缓解和排空性能进行测试。其中,采用内部AD转换器进行高速采集,采集频率最高设置为1 MHz;采用功率驱动电路进行电磁阀控制,开关时间为100μs。经过大量重复性实验,并对测试系统进行不确定度评定,测试结果表明:基于STM32的机车防滑阀性能测试系统的性能稳定,满足测试要求。

Design of performance test system for locomotive anti-skid valve based on STM32

Abstract:Aiming at the complicated operation and high cost of the single component performance testing equipment of the locomotive anti-skid valve,a set of anti-skid valve comprehensive performance test system based on STM32 was designed.The detection system used the STM32 of the ARM Cortex-M3 core as the main controller,and used a high-speed power drive circuit to control the on-off of the two solenoid valves,so that the inflating,venting and holding pressure of the anti-skid valve could be quickly switched.Under the working conditions of simulating real vehicle braking,the test system tested sealing performance,the action response time,staged inflation and exhaust performance,rapid inflation and exhaust performance,full mitigation performance and emptying performance of the anti-skid valve.The internal AD converter was used for high-speed acquisition,and the acquisition frequency could be set to 1 MHz.The power drive circuit was used for solenoid valve control,and the switching time was 100μs.After a large number of repetitive experiments,and the uncertainty is evaluated,the test results show that the performance of the test system is stable and meet the test requirements.
