基于癌毒理论探讨攻毒治法抗肿瘤血管生成

癌毒是贯穿恶性肿瘤发生发展过程始终的一种特异致癌性毒邪,是多种因素作用下的内生性复合病理因素,也是肿瘤血管生成的重要前提。当人体阴阳失和,脏腑功能失调,气血郁滞,癌毒内生,瘀血、痰浊、湿毒等诸邪结于络道,络道亢进,增生无制,病络生成,这与肿瘤患者病态微循环的建立极为相似。攻毒治法是基于癌毒病机理论采用攻毒类中药,以清热解毒、活血化瘀、化痰祛湿、破血消癥、豁痰开瘀、软坚散结、消积导滞、泻下攻积、通里攻下、祛腐蚀疮和拔毒生肌等治疗肿瘤的治疗大法,结合肿瘤血管生成之“痰瘀郁毒”的核心病机,抗肿瘤血管生成常从清热解毒、活血化瘀、化痰散结三法入手。本文从古今文献记载、病因病机分析、攻毒机制剖析、现代实验研究等方面论证攻毒治法抗肿瘤血管生成行之有效。

Discussion on anti-tumor angiogenesis by therapeutics of eliminating toxin based on cancer toxin theory

Cancer toxin is a specific carcinogenic toxin that runs through the occurrence and development of malignant tumor.It is not only an endogenous compound pathological factor under the action of many factors,but also an important prerequisite for tumor angiogenesis.When the human body is out of harmony with yin and yang,viscera function imbalance,qi and blood stagnation,cancer toxin endogenesis,blood stasis,phlegm turbidity,dampness toxin and other evil knot in the collaterals,hyperactivity of collaterals,uncontrolled proliferation,and the formation of diseased collaterals,which is very similar to the establishment of pathological microcirculation in tumor patients.The method of attacking poison is based on the pathogenesis theory of cancer toxin,using traditional Chinese medicine to clear heat and detoxification,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,resolving phlegm and dampness,breaking blood and eliminating blood stasis,dispelling phlegm and blood stasis,dispelling stagnation,purging and attacking accumulation,Tongli attacking,removing corrosive sores and removing toxin and promoting muscle,etc. Combined with the core pathogenesis of “phlegm,blood stasis and stagnation” of tumor angiogenesis,anti-tumor angiogenesis often starts with three methods:clearing heat and detoxification,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and resolving phlegm and dispersing knots.This paper demonstrates that the method of attacking virus is effective in anti-tumor angiogenesis from the aspects of ancient and modern literature records,etiology and pathogenesis analysis,virus attack mechanism analysis,modern experimental research and so on.
