地黄养阴颗粒对耳廓微循环药效学作用

摘    要:目的:探讨验证地黄养阴颗粒的主要药效学,为临床用药服务。方法:取昆明小鼠60只,分为空白组、大剂量组、中剂量组、小剂量组和阳性组5组,每组12只小鼠。给药30 d后,①称取标记区域毛发重量;②使用图像分析系统测定微循环相关指标;③进行碳粒廓清实验,测定吞噬指数κ。比较各给药组指标和空白组间差异。结果:与空白组比较,10.0 g/kg、5.0 g/kg 2个剂量组可促进小鼠毛发生长,增加小鼠毛细血管开放量,提高小鼠毛细血管血流速度,扩大小鼠毛细血管输入、输出口径,明显增强了小鼠网状内皮系统的吞噬功能。结论:地黄养阴颗粒具有活血生发作用,初步证明对毛发松动或呈稀疏状脱落,毛发干燥或油腻等有效。

Abstract:Objective:To study the main pharmacodynamics of Dihuang Yangyin Granules,and to serve clinical medicine.Method:Sixty KM mice were divided into 5 groups:control group,high-dose group,medium-dose group,low-dose group and positive group,with 12 mice in each group.①Weigh the hair in the marked area; ②Use the image analysis system to determine the microcirculation-related indicators; ③Perform the carbon particle clearance test to determine the phagocytosis index κ.The differences between the indicators of each administration group and the control group were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the dose groups of 10.0g/kg and 5.0g/kg can promote mouse hair growth,increase mouse capillary opening,promote mouse capillary blood flow velocity,increase mouse capillary input and output caliber,and significantly enhance the phagocytic function of the mouse reticuloendothelial system.Conclusion:Dihuang Yangyin granules have the effect of promoting blood circulation and hair growth,and have been shown to be effective in loosening or thinning hair,and drying or greasy hair.
