鱼腥草滴眼液治疗流行性角膜结膜炎的临床观察

目的:观察鱼腥草滴眼液治疗流行性角膜结膜炎的临床效果。方法:收集2005-07/2005-09同仁医院门诊急诊就诊的临床确诊为流行性角膜结膜炎的患者40例,随机分为观察组和对照组,分别给予鱼腥草滴眼液和1g/L阿昔洛韦滴眼液点眼,观察6项眼部症状及体征的变化并评分,进行统计学分析。结果:在总的显效率上,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组优于对照组。用药后第7d,在结膜充血的改善上观察组和对照组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药后14d,在畏光、异物感、流泪以及结膜充血的改善上两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05〉。结论:鱼腥草滴眼液对于治疗流行性角膜结膜炎有明显效果,其疗效优于1g/L阿昔洛韦滴眼液。

Clinical observation of the treatment of epidemic keratoconjunctivitis with yuxingcao eye drops

AIM: To observe the curative effects of the treatment of epidemic keratoconjunctivitis with yuxingcao eye drops. METHODS: Forty patients with epidemic keratoconjunctivitis were diagnosed by clinical examinations in Tongren Hospital between July and September 2005 and were randomly divided into two groups. Twenty patients in the treated group were treated with yuxingcao eye drops. Twenty patients in the control group were treated with 1g/L aciclover eye drops. Six outcome measures were observed and assessed. RESULTS: The difference in the total ratio of obvious effective cases was significantly obvious in the two groups. The treated group was better than the control group(P =0.026). Seven days after the treatment, conjunctival congestion was significantly between the treated group and control group(P = 0.020). Fourteen days after the treatment, the two groups were significantly different in. photophobia, lacrimation, foreign body sensation and conjunctival congestion (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Yuxingcao eye drops is more effective than 1g/L aciclover eye drops in the treatment of epidemic keratoconjunctivitis.
