高校教师区分性绩效考核研究

摘    要:教师区分性绩效考核是一种针对不同教师的实际情况和需求,通过区分评价来保证教师素质和工作绩效提高的区分监督过程。在构建高校教师区分性绩效考核体系时,首先要区分考核对象、考核主体和考核周期,其次根据考核对象的特点设计区分性的考核指标体系。

Abstract:Teachers' performance appraisal based on the differentiated evaluation is a differentiated monitoring process,which is in view of different teachers' actual situation and demand to enhance their quality and performance with the help of the differentiated appraisal.Constructing college teachers' differential performance appraisal system,the first step is to distinguish the evaluating objects,the evaluating subjects and the evaluating circle;the second step is to design differentiated evaluation indicator system according to the characteristics of the evaluation objects.
