| 摘 要： | 本文针对梳棉机刺辊种类、不同形式棉网清洁器以及不同吸风方式、后固定盖板隔距、棉网清洁器除尘刀隔距、梳针分梳板等梳棉工艺与未成熟纤维去除问题进行了探讨,并且就未成熟纤维含量的测试、纺纱加工过程中的变化规律进行了分析,指出在纺纱生产中必须严格对未成熟纤维的含量进行逐批、逐包检验,并以此做为原棉性质的重要指标,指导混棉排队及生产工艺的改进。

Relationship Between Cotton-carding Process and Content of Non-mature Fiber |

| Abstract: | After introducing several elements in cotton-carding process including licker-in,crosrol web cleaner,back stationary flat gauge,card wire carding plate,as well as removing of non-mature fiber and its impact to carding process,this article pointed out that it was necessary to control the content of non-mature fiber batch by batch during spinning and take this as a guideline,so as to improve the quality of whole production. |
