| 摘 要： | 医院文化随着现代化医院管理发展而受到重视,作为医院为一个重要部门的医学工程部门也应随之建立起自己的科室文化,它是本着以人为本,强调建设一支高质量的队伍,进而做好医疗设备的全面质量管理。

Oriented from the person, it is necessary to build up total quality person and to do total quality management of medical equipments in hospital. |
