| 摘 要： | 生物组织在He-Ne激光照射下,通过测量组织表面的漫射光分布,利用漫射近似所得到的解析表达式,反演其光学特性参数,可实现光学特性参数的无损测量;通过对牛肌肉、猪肉和鸡肉生物组织的测量,获得了这些组织的吸收系数和有效散射系数.

| Abstract: | Under irradiation of He - Ne laser, the optical parameters of biological tissues were derived from nonlinear regression of the diffusion equation with spatially resolved steadystate diffuse reflectance which was measured from the irradiated suffaee. The reduced scattering eceffieient and absorption coeffieient of sirloin, pork and ehieken were obtained by the measurements. |
