| 摘 要： | 目的评价玉米胚芽油的食用安全性。方法依据食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法进行急性毒性试验、骨髓细胞微核试验、精子畸形试验、沙门菌回复突变试验(Ames试验)和30 d喂养试验。结果小鼠经口最大耐受量20.0 g/kg,属无毒物;骨髓细胞微核试验、精子畸形试验和Ames试验结果均为阴性;30 d喂养试验各项指标均未见异常。结论该试验条件下,食用玉米胚芽油是安全的。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the edible safety of corn plumule oil.Methods The acute toxicity test,bone marrow cell micronucleus test,sperm abnormality test,Ames test and 30 d feeding test of mice were performed in accordance with the procedures and methods for toxicological assessment on food safety.Results The maximal tolerance dose of corn plumule oil taken orally by mice was more than 20.0 g/kg,so corn plumule oil was of no poison.The results from bone marrow cell micronucleus test,sperm abnormality test and Ames test were negative,and each index from 30 d feeding test was normal.Conclusion This study indicates that edible com plumule oil is safe. |
