钣金冲压模具快速设计系统的研究与开发

摘    要:为实现冲压模具快速设计建模,本文采用对CATIA软件进行二次开发的方法,创建一个独立的冲压模具设计系统。该系统模块化的划分了模具设计的整个流程,使用此系统用户以交互式方式选择模具设计的具体要求和参数,系统便能依据相关的知识模板推理构造出符合特定要求的模具三维数字化几何模型,同时实现模具信息的管理和工程的管理,完成一整套模具模型设计。本系统能从实质上改变了传统的模具设计方法,避免大量的重复工作,有效地提高了模具设计效率。

Research and Development of Rapid Design System for Stamping Die
Abstract:In order to realize rapid design modeling of stamping die, the method based on the secondary development of CATIA software is used in this paper, to create a separate stamping die design system. The system is modular division of the entire die design process, after customers select the specific requirements and parameters in an interactive way by using this system, according to the related knowledge template,3D model for stamping die which meet these specific requirements can be constructed. At the same time, the die information management and engineering management will be realized. Eventually a set of stamping die design will be completed. By using this system, the traditional stamping die design method can be substantially changed, and to avoid a lot of repetitive work, the efficiency of die design will be improved effectively.
