| 摘 要： | 我国终身教育体系和学习型社会的构建已进入实施阶段。普通高等教育、成人高等教育、民办高等教育这“三驾马车”在构建终身教育体系和学习型社会过程中担负着重要使命。在终身教育体系视角下，对不同高等教育类型进行科学定位、准确界定其终身教育功能，对于优化高等教育结构，协调发挥各类高等教育类型自身优势。协同推进中国特色的终身教育体系的构建以及可持续发展的学习型社会的建设，具有重要现实意义。

| Abstract: | Our construction of the lifelong education system and the learning society has entered the implementation stage. The troika-regular higher education, adult higher education and private higher education are shouldering an important mission during the construction. In the viewpoint of the lifelong education system, scientific positioning of different types of higher education and accurate definition of their functions have important realistic significance in the optimization of higher education structure, coordination of the unique advantages of various higher education and synergic promotion of construction of the lifelong education system and the sustainable learning society with Chinese characteristics. |
