对称式全桥软开关技术在电动汽车车载式充电机中的应用

摘    要:分析了对称式全桥变换器的软开关技术,包括上桥臂UL、UR软开关的实现原理,与下桥臂LL、LR软开关的实现方法,并阐述了应用次级箝位技术如何实现次级整流桥的尖峰电压抑制。介绍了应用上述技术实现的电动汽车车载充电器,给出了试验结果。

Abstract:The soft switching technique of symmetric full-bridge converter including the bridge arm UL,UR soft switching for the realizatiom and the lower bridge arm of LL,LR soft switching method, are analyzed. The secandary clamp to realize the peak voltage rejection in secondary rectifying bridge is introduced. The arehicle-mounted Charger of motor Vehincle using this techenology is introduced,and the test resule is given.
