摘    要:以无机盐为原料,采用液相沉淀法制备纳米In2O3粉体,研究了沉淀反应条件及沉淀后处理等对纳米In2O3粉体质量的影响.利用TG-DSC,FT-IR,XRD,SEM和EDS等分析手段对所制纳米In2O3粉体的结构、粒度、形貌、成分等进行了表征.结果表明:该法制备的In2O3纳米粉具有立方晶系结构、纯度较高、颗粒均匀呈球形、分散性良好、平均粒径为80 nm左右.

Abstract:Indium oxide nanopowder was prepared by liquid precipitation method using inorganic salt as starting materials. The influences on indium oxide nanopouder of reaction condition, after treatment of precipitation and calcination system on indium oxide nanopowder were studied. The structure, particle size, morphology and composition were characterized by means of TG - DSC, FT - IR, XRD, SEM and EDS. The results indicte that the In2O3 powder prepared by this method has cube structure , homogeneous spherical grains , well dispertion with the mean particle size about 80 nm.
