| 摘 要： | 本世纪30年代,Filatov成功地保存了尸体角膜.60年代后,角膜保存得到了广泛的重视和研究,并先后发展出十余种保存方法,其中一些方法得到了推广和应用.本文全面报道了这些方法,并给予简短的评述.

| Abstract: | In the 1930's, Filatov first .successfully preserved the cornea of cadaver's eye. Thisnot only widened the source "of cornea material, but also drew back the curtain of cornea preservation. Attention has been paid to cornea preservation especially after 1960's and dozens of methods has been developed to preserve cornea, some of which were widely used at present. Concise introduction and brief comment are given in the paper. |
