永磁同步电机矢量控制系统的VisSim建模与仿真

摘    要:为了研究正弦波永磁同步电机(以下简写SPMSM)的调速性能,依据SPMSM的d-q-0轴数学模型,采用运动控制仿真软件VisSim/Motion建立了SPMSM的仿真模型,并在VisSim仿真环境下基于所建立的模型构建了SPMSM的转子磁场定向矢量控制系统.通过仿真表明,在双闭环(速度环采用PI控制,电流环采用滞环控制)控制下,矢量控制系统响应迅速,稳态性能好,验证了所设计的控制算法;同时,也证明了所建立的SPMSM模型的有效性,为永磁同步电机控制系统设计和调试提供了新的方法和思路.

Abstract:In order to study the speed control performance of sinewave permanent magnet synchronous motor(SPMSM in brief),SPMSM simulation model was proposed in VisSim/Motion based on d-q-0 axis mathematical model of the SPMSM.And the rotor-flux-oriented vector control system of SPMSM was also introduced in VisSim based on the SPMSM model.Simulation results indicate that the vector control system has high dynamic and static performance by adopting the double loop control,in which the speed loop used a PI controller and the current loop used a hysteresis current controller.The results also prove the validity of the SPMSM model and provide the new methods and ideas to design and adjust the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system.
