埃索美拉唑、奥美拉唑与泮托拉唑治疗消化道溃疡的成本-效果分析

目的：评价埃索美拉唑、奥美拉唑与泮托拉唑3种三联方案治疗消化道溃疡的成本一效果。方法：选取本院2013年1—7月收治的114例消化性溃疡患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为A、B、C组各38例，A组给予埃索美拉唑肠溶片＋克拉霉素片＋阿莫西林片，B组给予奥美拉唑肠溶片＋克拉霉素片＋阿莫西林片，C组给予泮托拉唑肠溶胶囊＋克拉霉素片＋阿莫西林片，运用药物经济学成本-效果分析法对3种方案进行分析。结果：3组的治疗效果中，A组总有效率94．7％最高，其次为C组89．5％，B组86．8％最低，但组间比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；3组成本-效果比分别为9．83、3．97、5．42。结论：3种治疗方案中，奥美拉唑联合两种抗菌药物治疗消化道溃疡的方案较优，且安全性较高，值得在临床上推广。

Cost-effectiveness Analysis of Esomeprazole,Omeprazole and Pantoprazole in the Treatment of Peptic Uier

Objective： To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of esomeprazole, omeprazole and pantoprazole three therapeutic regimens in the treatment of peptic uler.Method： A total of 114 patients with peptic ulcer were selected in our hospital from January 2013 to July 2013, they were randomly divided into group A, group B and group C, 38 cases in each group.The group A was treated with esomeprazole ＋ clarithromyein ＋ amoxicillin, the group B was treated with omeprazole＋ amoxicillin ＋ clarithromycin, the group C was treated with pantoprazole ＋ clarithromycin ＋ amoxicillin.Three therapeutic schemes were analyzed by using pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis.Result： The treatment effect of the 3 groups, the total efficiency of group A was 94.7%, it was the highest, followed by group C was 89.5%, group B was 86.8%, it was the lowest, but there was no significant difference in the three groups （ P〉0.05 ）, ratio of cost-effectiveness was 9.83, 3.97, 5.42.Conclusion： In 3 types of treatment, omeprazole combined with two kinds of antibacterial drugs in the treatment of peptic ulcer is better, and the safety is high, it is worth promoting in clinical practice.
