水中油在线荧光检测系统的标定研究

摘    要:水中油在线荧光检测系统是目前国内矿物油检测研究的热点,标定工作是仪器研制过程中的重要步骤.文中介绍了SL-1型水中油在线荧光检测系统的原理,矿物油正已烷溶液的配制方法,着重研究了仪器的标定方法,制定了一套完整的系统标定步骤,采用两点校正法对系统进行校正.实践表明,这一系列方法保证了仪器长期工作的稳定性.

Abstract:The research of online system of examing oil-in-water using fluorescence was one of the hot spot in China.Calibration was an important step in the instrument development process.This paper introduced the principle of the type SL-1 online system of examing oil-in-water using fluorescence and the preparation method of mineral oil-hexane solution.Focused on the calibration of the instrument,developed a complete procedure of the calibration.Two-point correction method was used in the system correction.Practice shows that the methods of series were effective to ensure long-term stability of the instrument.
