| 摘 要： | 培养学生自主学习能力是大学英语教学的重要目标之一,从自主学习的内涵、培养学习自主性的必要性、元认知的基本含义、元认知策略等方面,阐述了在培养学生自主学习的重要意义,并从元认知策略培训的三个方面,探讨了如何培养学生学习的自主性。

| Abstract: | Learner autonomy is one of the important objectives of college English teaching.This article states the meaning of learner autonomy,the necessity of fostering learner autonomy, the meaning of meta - cognition and the significance of meta - cognitive strategies in learner autonomy and discusses how to foster learner autonomy in three aspects in meta- cognitive strategy training. |
